While my car was in service here, they dinged up all four of my doors. I had to make them send it to their paint shop to get redone. Awful experience all the way around.
Be careful taking your car to the service center. They drove my sons brand new car from the service center to the collision center, 6 miles with a known oil leak and shrugged it off like no big deal. They were also supposed to reimburse him for having to be towed off of the highway, almost a month later they are still sitting on the receipt my son turned into them and saying insurance will have to reimburse him. It wasn't paid for by insurance, came out of his pocket. Shady people!!
Came in for oil change appt at 8am. Just left at 6pm. No apologie whatsoever from any of the staff even from svc manager Ramon. Lost paperwork.lost car.no notes.They just dont give a shit here. Dont bother buying a warranty that doesnt cover anything. Go to Planet Ford.
We saw a vehicle on line and emailed Joshua Lewis , he not only told us the vehicle was there but gave us an appointment to come in the next day. We had some free time so we went early to find out that vehicle, that was still available on their website, was sold a week before. Apparently Mr. Lewis thought he could get us to drive an hour out of our way to try and swindle us into something that we weren't looking for!!
I had a great, no hassle experience here. Thank you Don Morales for making it as stress free as possible. My wife loves her new Explorer.

The people who purchased new vehicles usually have to have good credit, a steady job, and be an honest citizen. In order to receive a CHL in Texas you must be all of the above. I noticed that the dealership does not allow concealed carry nor open carry. Which translates to one more business that I will not bring my money to. Can you guarantee my safety? Can you guarantee my family safety why I am at your dealership? I didn't notice any security on your property. I can understand open carry but come on concealed carry as well... read more
