I had a wonderful experience at AutoNation in Waco. My salesperson, Tyler Bell, was “all hands on”. He introduced me to the GM, Service Manager, CFS Manager, Scott Langford, Sales Manager Matthew Peacock, and numerous others. Everyone thanked me for shopping at their showroom. Tyler told me about the many features on my Chevy and said I should call him or come by with any questions I have. Great experience.
Absolutely satisfied with purchase of 2016 Nissan for my granddaughter. Mr Bibles was very courteous, gracious, and polite,helpful, and an exceptional salesperson. I've always came here for my oil changes for the speedy-ness and price.. well I got here today waited over A HOUR AND A HALF and the service guy told me I could go pay but they didn't have my keys ready so I'm actually still waiting here for my keys AFTER THEY MADE ME PAY. Well then I come to pay and she says "it'll be $55" .. I understand the $10 tire rotation but 39.99 for an oil change? Seriously.
