Their service department is very professional and efficient. I had an issue with my Silverado while in Waco on business. I was able to make a last-minute appointment to drop off my truck early in the morning, and Autonation had a courtesy shuttle to drop me off at my meeting before it started at 9 a.m. Special thanks to Ray and Elster in the service department for fitting me in to the service schedule.
