RecommendedAmazing customer Service!!! My husband bought a truck at the AutoNation in Ft. Worth, but i had to go sign my part on it at the AutoNation in Waco, in the midst of the COVID-19 Crisis service Manager Paul, stood at my car window with the paperwork, rather than making my bring my children in, and possibly exposing them! He was so polite and helpful and fast. We will be back when we need another vehicle just for this customer service

Poor customer service. Found flaws on vehicle was told it is what it is. Contacted general manager and he never responded. So I would not recommend. However the sales representative I had was great
Purchased a car from AutoNation Waco, did the paperwork and paid in full at the AutoNation in Fort Worth. The Fort Worth location made an agreement with the Waco location to drive down the following morning and pick up the vehicle. The employee from Fort Worth drove to AutoNation Waco to pick up My vehicle that I already paid for, and when they got all the way down there, the Waco location told them I was sorry we sold it to one of our employees. I was sold a piece of crap. The only thing I like about this dealership is that they DID give me my refund. they have their 5 day return policy.

We unexpectedly needed a new vehicle and Nani came to the rescue! He went above and beyond, picking me up and bringing me to the dealership because I didn't have a ride. He helped us find the perfect choice for our family and we all love it already! Steve also did a great job with our financing, making sure to explain everything thoroughly.
