On Oct 18 we were in Waco on a girls trip from Mississippi and our ac went out . We called Auto Nation to see what they suggested. We did not want to spend hours at a dealership. We wanted to go to magnolia market. The service dept suggested we bring it on 19th and they would take us to downtown. This was also great! We did not have to find parking. well, I received a coupon in the mail that claimed I could receive $10.00 off of an oil change, so I took my car down to the dealership and gave my coupon and left my keys. When I came back to pick up my car, the cashier claimed they could not accept the coupon because the bill did not exceed $50.00. I pointed out that portion of the document claimed "bonus coupon", one that was an addition. Love this dealership my salesman was mr.roland . He helped me 100%.. he was on my side the entire time him and the financing group work hard to get the interest rates & payment that I needed..I will always go back if I need another vehicle.
Customer service is always great. Their pricing for parts/labor however is unreasonable.
If you want to pay outrageous prices to get ripped off and lied to, this is the place for you! I ordered a key fob for my 2014 corvette stingray for over $350, and they neglected to tell me that that's without the actual key (or key ring attachment)! The manager promised me he'd order me the key portion free of charge because I was so irate. That was 6 months ago. The fob part only works intermittently, and I haven't heard a word from them re: key. I have made multiple calls to them with ZERO results. This place totally suck... read more
