WORST service I've ever had. Trucks been there for a month now and they still haven't touched it. Sat there for 2 weeks before they even looked at it. Always something else with them. Just want to get my damn truck back as it cost $$$ renting a car daily.

I love the service department at Allen Samuels Chevrolet! They have excellent customer service and Tim Dowdle, the Service Line Manager is the best. I was a little worried when I changed from my Mercedes, I was concerned that my humble little HHR might not get the same treatment as my Mercedes always got.
