I went in this morning for an oil change and now my car is leaking oil everytime I crank my car up. It absolutely wasn't doing that before. I drive to Mexia to work every day and car problems are the last thing I need from a carless worker. Im pissed off because I can't go any where tomorrow because it might cause damage to my car. Michael was my service technician. My air conditioner has never seemed to work that great since I bought it. I had it looked at several times over the years where people stated nothing was wrong. They changed some filter on it along with me getting a oil change and brake job and my seats cleaned. It did take a few days but Michael was very good at communicating with me and I got rides to and from work. Someone there needs to pat him on the back. Worst service department in Waco. Second time in a row to take my car in for an oil change and they mess up the sensors in the tires. Each time it has cost me an extra $100 to fix it. The service director is rude and sarcastic as well.
Because I came to get my oil changed and they didn't do the multi point vehicle inspection, they just checked that they did it. Who is not happy is me especially cause I paid $48.95 for service that was not completed.

I dropped off my vehicle to get my power steer pump replace. When I picked it up it was really bouncey, so I called the Service clerk she asked me to bring it back. She later called me to tell me the both front struts were bad it would cost $1,003.00 plus taxes. When u dropped off the vehicle it DROVE PREFECTlY FINE ! The service clerk and I spoke with the mechanic he noticed it while test driving it, I asked why didn't someone tell me before picking it up and they both just looked an each other not saying a word.
