We had a very good experience with the team at Waco Auto Nation Chevrolet.
Had to wait just over 2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Also, the bathroom smelled really bad and there was no toilet paper.
Our truck was losing engine power on our way back from a long trip pulling a 42ft. fifth wheel RV. We contacted AutoNation Chevrolet to see if they could see us on the same day. AutoNation Chevrolet took our vehicle right in and fixed the issue, they also allowed us to park our fifth wheel in their back parking lot while we waited. I finally got free to go look at the car I wanted at 5 on Saturday. They were open til 6. We got there about 5:30. We walked around in the parking lot waiting for someone to run out and help us...no-one in sight. So we proceeded inside. We strolled around a little, then stood at the counter. Customer service is horrible!!! I would not recommend it to anyone. I will never buy a vehicle from here again! Billy Bible, however, was the best salesman! He was so polite, helpful and just an all around great guy to work with!
Took my car in to get an oil change and my car ended up getting scratched which was cool. But when I went to talk to whoever was in charge he talked to me like I was a 10 year old kid and was trying to intimidate me. All I really wanted was an apology, but I didn’t even get a handshake nor an apology.. sucks because I loved coming here.
