AFTER driving there 5 hours, AFTER my credit was run, AFTER hours of being there and after the dealership's closing I was informed when signing my final documents that there were two additional fees being included to the cost of the vehicle and that these had to be included. One was a $639 cost for a supposed paint coating and another $639 is for in the future if I ever get a ding/ dent. RecommendedMy experience has been great with AutoNation, the wait was longer than usual this time, but I have always been very pleased with their work.
Drove my car in a week ago for a check engine light for a temperature sensor. Service writer drove it around back. Did fine. Tech test drove it, did fine. Came back to the shop and said it would stay running. Told it was an intake leak. Service writer tells me a hose was off and the car is now throwing intake codes. Says the tech took the stock intake off another car in the shop and put it on mine and the car ran fine. Tells me i need the stock intake put back on. i bought a 2021 chevrolet **** january 22 2022 from auto nation in ****, *****. it had **** miles on it i was told it had full warranty and i paid for the vehicle i did not financ the vehicle i told them i wanted farm tags i got a call about 3 weeks ago and they told me that they had my tags and come by and pick them up i did ask if the tags were farm tags and they told me no i said send back and get me farm tags like i requested i live 300 miles from **** still no tags i guess i will need to file a complaint with the state ... read more
I traded my 2017 Chevrolet equinox for 2016 Chevrolet traverse and I have called and messaged the car lot but no response back. This was my first big purchase on car and I got completely scammed. A month after receiving the vehicle it immediately had problems and I never got my license plates and I had the car a total of 8 months. I took my car to dealership and they kept it for a total of one month and two weeks. They replaced my motor / engine on the car I just bought.
