This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Corporate office should send all of these employees to a class in appropriate employee/ client relations! The service advisor even greeted my husband and I in a rude manner. First impressions make lasting impressions and I will never refer anyone to Auto Nation-Waco, Texas. Ok so I normally don't use face book to rant but today UGHHHHHHH. My check engine light came on in my car, so I took it over to "Automation Chevrolet " at 7:00 am this morning. I said call me when you find out what's wrong and I will decide if it's covered under warranty to get some maintenance items taken care of.......waited ALL DAY AND NO PHONE CALL. I called them at 4:00 pm for them to tell me they could not find what was wrong......then when I got there at 4:45pm, I still had to wait for my car to get the oil change..Ne... read more
Whenever I need my vehicle serviced I take it to Auto Nation and speak to Oscar Lopez in Service, he always take care of me.
The "worry free driving" that they sell so hard on that extended warranty...... Lol JOKE! Don't worry until something breaks! Horrible service!!!! Should have bought from Dodge..most horrible service department I've ever dealt with. Even caught one guy in a right out lie!!!! Said I had a nail in my tire. When I asked the service mgr, he said there was no nail!!! Third time to service a/c. Picked it up....still broke. Nothing fixed at all. I made dude ride in it himself! Tire sensors... Broke..
