Worst experience of my car-owning life. Waited without my car through 4 months of mis-diagnosed repairs. Finally got my car home and found my rear bumper had been damaged.

As soon as I rolled into the garage to be seen by a service person, I receive a text message welcoming me - Impressive! Everything went smoothly from there. I'd expected to wait for my car, but Robert let me know the work would take a big longer so quickly arranged for a loaner. It was nice visiting w/another service person, David - everyone went out of their way to be helpful. My car ended up be ready much fast than expected so I was back and on the road in under 4 hours. THANKS :)
Audi has always provided excellent service and David Adame has been a terrific Service Adviser. We get our car back on time, washed with repairs properly done. Bad news, the service charges are very high.
