I have bought 3 cars from Audi Plano and had the best experience! Joe Peer is the best salesperson I have ever worked with! He is patient and truly cares about his customers and what they want. He does not just focus on selling you a vehicle but spends time to understand exactly what you want. I highly recommend this dealership and if your looking for a salesperson ask for Joe!
The actual process of buying the car was fine, however actually receiving the car was terrible. I was told the car would be transported from a neighboring state, but it took days longer than promised. In the meantime, Audi Plano was happy to charge my credit card and deposit my check. The day after the promised delivery date, it turns out the car was still in the neighboring state and hadn't moved. Getting a car for my new 16 year old driver was a bit stressful to say the least, but Joe at Audi Plano and the service and sales staff went far, FAR above what I'd have expected at any other dealership! They are 100% behind the cars they sell and I would recommend them without hesitation!
I have worked with David in the Service Dept. several times now, whether I have an appt. or not, he always takes care of me and makes my wait time as short as possible. David was recently promoted to Service Manager and it is easy to see why.
They did not transfer the title of the car I traded in and refuse to verify that it has been transferred when we let them know about it. The current “owner” of the car has had the car towed and we get the letters stating what we “owe.” It has been 6 weeks of going back and forth and they will not verify they corrected their mistake. Very unprofessional and poor service. Will go back to BMW and Mercedes, they always have had excellent communication.
Audi Plano made my car buying experience both fun and easy! Adrian was wonderful- knowledgeable, quick and helpful; the finance team was actually enjoyable to work with. Thanks for helping me get a great deal and not dragging out the process:)

The sales management team at this dealership is horrible. My sales rep, Crockett, & worked all afternoon on a deal for a new Q7. Crockett did a great job & initially got the deal approved & we signed the paperwork. Then we had to make a change & he comes back & says sorry that we can't honor the deal & management says your trade in will be $1000 less than we agreed too. Stay away from them! They are a bait & switch dealership.
