Stay away from the service department. They first sell you insurance that was supposed to cover bumper to bumper but then every visit they say only partially covered service and you have to pay most of it. I asked to speak to service manager and he is not available. This is the worst customer service from a premium dealership

This dealership has NO integrity whatsoever. Marked up a vehicle $3400 after we agreed on a price. Absolutely would not trust these people. Sleazy, slick, deceitful.
The service department is incompetent! I had to bring my car in numerous times, they would say its fixed and when i gor it home it wasnt fixed. Now they've done serious damage to my brand new vehicle and take no responsibility. Even worse the service manager is blaming me for the damage. This after the very Auto Nation collision center that Audi sent me to told me that the serous damage to my car was done when Audi attempted to repair the suspension. This dealership will not take care of you. Do not go there!
