It’s a hit or miss if after 8 mins of nobody acknowledging your arrival into the service garage! You have to look for your service manager who is very gracious but knows why you’re here and says to you ‘ we discussed this problem last time’ ! Haha! RecommendedWhat a great place to do business! Audio Plano goes out of its way to make the customer feel special. The moment I pulled into the service garage I was greeted and shown to my service manager. Brian explained everything that was being done to my car that day and the charges for it. He had also arranged a loaner car for me since the car’s needs meant an overnight stay. Around noon the next day my car was delivered to my house. I wish all businesses treated me the way Audi Plano does!
I waited to receive a call from Audi after rating my experience with Audi as poor. However, that was 3 weeks ago. I don't like to write negative feedback. However, I feel I gave Audi Plano every opportunity to make things right and they just don't care. I went to get my Audi A5 serviced. After agreeing to pay $580 for a premium oil change I was given a filthy loaner car. I immediately called to cancel my service.
