Firstly, the Dealership is gorgeous. Its clean, spacious and welcoming. The delicious coffees, cookies, and condiments are worth the wait whether you are buying an Audi or having your Audi serviced. The receptionists, sales staff and managers are very pleasant and friendly. Additionally, the restrooms are very clean.
Just bought my Q5 at Audi Plano. Crystal Taylor was our sales person and she was AWESOME! Great customer service and follow up, even to questions after I drove off the lot, and after hours. She was new to the position and blew me away at her knowledge in such a short time. I had a blast with her too, very personable and she even managed to make the process fun! Had a great experience at Audi Plano and love my new A5. I really can't say enough about Ricky Reed. He's a great salesman and listened to everything I said to get me into just the right vehicle. But more importantly, he's a great guy that really cares about the customer. I guess I'll let it slide that he's a marine....GO ARMY!!!
