Our daughter had a rental A-7 from them. Scuffed a wheel and told them. They did a complete alignment and claimed suspension damage costing almost 2000 dollars. When I paid and asked for the damaged parts so I could see the damage Hunter Wall claimed they had already shipped the part somewhere else. I would hate to think they take advantage of women these days. Time will tell. Be careful out there.

Nice people-just completely incompetent. Each time I go to Audi Plano people there disappoint me. They need to take a lesson in effective communications, having empathy for clients, and making the car buying/leasing process much less painful. The service experience always leaves something to be desired when the expectation for luxury vehicles is much higher. If I didnt like the vehicles so much I would not go back.
