It had been an awful experience and a lengthy one right up to the point we dropped in (very late, I might add) to Audi Plano. We met with Crystal Taylor, told her exactly what we were looking for and what our price point was. She delivered that exactly. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. My first experience with Audi Plano service department not encouraging. Spent an exorbitant amount of money to purchase an added key remote and have it programmed. Waited an hour and half while the programming was supposedly done. Didn't discover that the key remote didn't work until several hours later when I arrived home - turns out my wife's key remote (in her purse) was allowing the car to function. The newly programmed key remote does not work. Now another trip to the dealer and another hour and a half wait. FAIL.

I have been a customer of this dealership for many years and will continue.
Have had to deal with Jamie in the titling department. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and if the way she talks to people is any indication of how Audi of Plano treats people I 100% wouldn't recommend anyone to this store. Does anyone else ever have problems with this store taking messages and never getting a call back or is it just me?
