We have been loyal customers of Audi Plano for years. This is our third vehicle we have purchased from this exceptional dealership. Other Audi dealerships are closer to our home, but we find the buying experience and the outstanding customer service in the service department to be more than worth our time and miles.
Audi of Plano misrepresented my car issue and try to sell me a new motor. Audi A5 with 65K miles on it. They ask for 13K, for a part that cost $30 (spring valve), and the motor could be fixed.Shame to Audi dealerships in Plano and Dallas. Audi is a very nice looking car, awesome ride for the first 30k miles. I am on my second Audi, first was an A6 and I can say the FTC should get involved with this manufacture scams, AUDI. Just bought a used Audi and took it in for scheduled service. Honestly, it was a bit of a sticker shock on the cost of the service, but they darn sure make it a great experience. They helped me switch all of the vehicle documentation over to me in addition to the scheduled service, so I don't have to make a second trip out there. Once I got the car back, I really felt like someone took the care of my vehicle personally. It was super clean, and it was clear that it was taken care of.
