RecommendedTook my Q7 in for some basic maintenance work and they were very attentive to my needs. The staff also were willing to accommodate us a loaner for a few hours when it was discovered more work was needed as well. Excellent experience and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
I took my Hyundai Elantra in to be sold and they offered me the best price between 3 different dealerships. They are so friendly and truly work with you in terms of giving you the best all around service. I will return when I purchase my next vehicle.
I'm on my 7th or 8th Audi TT Roadster from Audi Plano and I can't say enough good things about them!! They have always taken excellent care of me! My recent service visit was soooo smooth! Rickey Reed, Calvin, Ed(?), Anna - everyone goes out of their way to make my day better! I'm going back soon for another TT and I recommend anyone to join all of us very satisfied customers for life!
On Saturday agreed on final lease price with the dealership. They gave me the car to take home over the weekend so we could do the paperwork on Monday. Going back Monday morning to find out they now wanted more than what we had agreed on. Very dishonest business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
Took my A7 in for recall updates and annual service. Paul did a great job, had my loaner car ready and was in and out in 10 min. He called with updates and whole thing was so easy. Everyone there was incredibly professional and accommodating. Best car I have owned and the best dealership. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a car. Totally pleasant experience.

Took my car to Audi for A diagnostic test, they gave me a loaner. No one called me back to give me the quote no one called me back to even try to get the loaner car back. I decided to go back to take the loaner car back to find out one of the service people gave my car away to someone who showed them a piece of paper. They didn’t get a name an I’d a piece of paper nothing. They wouldn’t give me a loaner car since they weren’t servicing my car, THE CAR THEY GAVE AWAY.
