It was a pleasure to work with these folks, especially our salesman, Charvis. The worst part of the car buying experience for me is feeling like I'm being "handled" or fast-talked. The service here is absolutely amazing! I took my vehicle in for an oil change early in the morning. I received a ride to work. When my service was completed. I requested for my car to be delivered to me. Dylan made the arrangements and gave me a timeframe. My car was delivered promptly and the driver was very courteous. Thank you Audi Plano!!!
