We were told they tried to get stains out of front seats , I talked to mgr. and he said he couldnt check everyones work. He offered me a car wash if I was in the neighborhood. Im a77 year old great grandma , I scrubbed for 2 days and got some of them out.Terrible

Please keep in mind this is a 12 year old vehicle with over 120k miles that was sold AS-IS. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a used vehicle from them that supposedly passed their 20 something point inspection. I was to bring it back after buying so they could fix the car in a couple of areas where there was damage (rust showing through). They only had the car for 2 hours, returned it to me with lumpy spots that looked like they touched up this ********************* paint job with liquid paper. Not a good dealership to work with, as I had made a commitment to purchase a vehicle and was completing everything they were asking of me. This was an internet sale and they were to be arranging for us to use their notary and arranging to transport the vehicle at an agreed upon price. It was also a cash sale and I had already sent them the license and proof of insurance they requested. This was on a Friday and they said we will keep you updated. The worse dealership experience I've ever had. We took our car in, expecting to wait for service. They apologized and said it's be at least 3-4 days before they could even look at the car. We were understanding but knew that this would mean we'd be without our car an extended amount of time and we would need a loaner. This service department is staffed by rude inconsiderate people. The past three times I have come have been essentially service advisors throwing tantrums and being rude.In early may 2022 one of their advisors triggered a warning alarm that kept ringing for months after I left the dealership. I know he did it on purpose. Purchased a vehicle from this location in March of 2023. Each team member we engaged with was professional and respectful of our time over the course of a few days and visits . We look forward to being repeat customers and working with their service team to manage our vehicle maintenance long term. If the option presents itself, Yomi was very helpful and fantastic to work with.
Yomi was great to work with. When the car I went to test drive wasn’t exactly what I wanted, he went out of his way to try and find me something that would fit. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find something, but at no fault of his. I highly recommend using Yomi to help you find your next automobile.
