Good customer service and professional staff
I’m beginning to think there are no honest car dealerships left. After having a nightmare purchase experience of my Audi at Bob Tomas Ford in McKinney (selling me a car with broken A/C that they just did a patch job on, broke my wheel hub and tried to send me home with a lug nut missing, and did a terrible job on painting my wheels, which was apart of my purchase deal) I thought Audi Plano would take care of me...they did not. I saw what I wanted Neil Thompson took great care of me he got me me the financing I wanted and stuck with me throughout the entire process and it was all done and I had my vehicle in just over an hours time so I could enjoy my day with my new car. Thanks again...

Excellent service dept. Skye and team was great, providing me with good pricing and responsiveness.
Finance person was very pushy about selling me gap and other things I didn’t want. Wouldn’t take no for answer. Bought the vehicle, for it home and the entire front end had to be replaced.

I am a college student and three weeks ago I bought a car from here. only to have it break down on me for a week later. I had a warrantee but they didn't provide a loaner car. my car has been in the shop for two weeks and I received information that my car will be in the shop for another two weeks, totalling a month. I have contacted managers and because I am not entitled a loaner from the warrantee, they don't really try to help.
