Took my car to Audi for A diagnostic test, they gave me a loaner. No one called me back to give me the quote no one called me back to even try to get the loaner car back. I decided to go back to take the loaner car back to find out one of the service people gave my car away to someone who showed them a piece of paper. This is my 3rd Audi from Audi Plano and wouldn't think about going anywhere else for Audi needs (which are few by the way!) The Service team is always incredibly helpful and easy to work with - Love my Audi!

Poor communication on behalf of the sales rep I was “working “ with. I was told that they would take my car as trade giving my asking price and get me into a vehicle that meet my needs and budget. I had to call multiple times along with sending several emails. I completed the credit app etc still waiting on a response. I would go here again to purchase a vehicle I would just prefer I more personable sales rep.
