RecommendedThis is our second purchase from this dealer. We just came home with a 2020 Q-3. Our sales personnel Ricky and Israel made sure we had five star service the entire time. I keep coming back to Audi because we continue to also get exceptional service on our Q-7. Michael Bush in the service department goes out of his way to make service a pleasure instead of a burden. We buy at Audi Plano for the vehicle and sales personnel ( I think they are called brand specialists), and we keep coming back because of the exceptional service.
Never buy a car from this dealership!! A deposit means nothing to these people and they will sell a vehicle out from under you! I drove over there (20 miles) 3 times and After leaving a deposit and signing an agreement to purchase upon repair of a trucks bumper they sold the truck to someone else. I had offered to leave payment for the full amount of the truck but was told it would be fine and not to worry. These people are unethical!! Check out other reviews many have had same experience!
James Merriman took fantastic care of me when I brought my Q7 in for service!!! He had my loaner car ready, was quick and kept me up to date on my vehicle! Didn’t waste my time!!!
I bought an A5 Sportback that I inquired about on their website. I received a response immediately. Went in the next day for a test drive and Gino, Ricky were amazing. And the financial portion was quick.

Bought brand new Audi Q7 2019 in March 2019. In October I had flat tire. No spare provided in the car. I want to file for tire manufacturer warranty but they said its useless. There were no loaners available. I have to buy a single new tire at 410.It was a brand new car with brand new Audi tires and such reputed tires carry 12 months of replacement warranty
The Audi Plano Service Department has always done an exceptional job maintaining my A6. It is now twelve years old and both looks and runs as if it were new. The Service Director and My Service Manager are both consummate professionals with the highest level of technical expertise. I trust their recommendations explicitly.
Michael Bush was great (service) and there is always a nice loaner available!
