Audi of Plano is the worst service department I have ever visited my car came in with no lights on the dashboard left with two lights on this is my second time taking it there and both of my experiences have been awful would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here or have it serviced at this dealership I was sold two oil changes in finance when I get there to use one of my oil changes they said I did not purchase anything and if I would’ve came in later on next month I wouldn’t received anything be careful of this dealers... read more

Pretty awful experience. Michael Bush was my advisor and he was fairly rude. He did not wear a mask the entire time he was interacting with me. He scoffed when I asked him pretty standard questions and generally treated me like I wasn’t worth his time because I did not want to pay $1,300 for recommended 40k mile services that were totally unnecessary. On top of all of that, I was charged $150 for a routine oil change, which included a $30 charge to reset my vehicle’s computer which literally takes 30 seconds to do. This plac... read more

Never again will I try to make a deal with this dealership ! I was coming up from Eagle Pass which is a 7 hr drive to Plano . TJ was holding the vehicle for me so I could go and sign the paperwork and paycash for it . He lets me know an 1 hour before I get there that the vehicle sold ! He said he messaged a few people to let them know but may have missed my number , so I never received a message from him or I would have never drove all the way up there for nothing .
