I have spent so many unnecessary hours in this dealership. Everything is complicated here. I have never had a good experience. Very disappointed in a dealership that is supposed be selling luxury cars. Should be a luxury experience instead of a poor one. If you’re a woman I do NOT suggest coming here. There are no females in the office and they clearly try to take advantage of girls assuming they don’t know any better.
Love the customer service at Audi Plano! Had a couple lights show up on dash after driving my A-3 etron from CA and everyone, from my valet to my advisor were great! Jane N

RIP-OFF! We purchased our car at Audi Plano and they are the only place we have had it serviced. After purchasing the Audi Care Program one month ago, our battery goes out. The line sheet that was given to me when I bought Audi Care clearly states “Battery – Test and Replace if necessary (additional costs may apply to the service)”. I walked in to Audi Plano knowing that I wanted to purchase either a Q3 or a Q5.
