Customer service is absolutely terrible! Never returns phone calls and the manager is never available to talk or calls back. They are all about selling selling selling and not about the customer! I would never buy a car from them again after the way they treated us and this ordeal with the vehicle they sold us!!

I was there on 7/3/2018 at 7am. They promptly checked me for my 20000 miles service check and asked if I needed a loaner car. The service advisor Robert was very knowledgeable and took time to address my concerns. My Audi Q3 was to be ready in 2/1/2 hours, it was ready in two. Kudos Audi Plano
