I took my vehicle in to have the 20 K service and was greeted by Mr. M. Bush who works in the service department. This gentleman was very nice and friendly. He explain my opinion to me and had my vehicle returned to me when promise. Since the day I purchased my vehicle from Audi Plano, I have received nothing but the best customer service from this dealership. Thank you Mr. N. Thompson and Mr. M. Bush for making my experience exceptional.
They were very quick to respond when they wanted to sell me a vehicle. When I needed help with an issue...not so much.
Love my Audi SG5 better than any car I’ve had before! Sporty and sexy! Love the dynamic cockpit, heads up display and the traffic signs to tell me the speed limit and how fast I’m going.
Horrible service. Checked in to sit for almost an hour with no greeting or follow up. Car was in for airbag inflator recall took 2 days longer than original quoted time. Also had their free “multi point inspection” done, assuming they check the oil during this inspection I found out two days after picking up my vehicle, it no longer had a dipstick (very bad for turbo engines). Was lied to regarding technician removing it and was told they would need to inspect the vehicle before covering cost of a tow/replacement of the dips... read more
I’ve bought 7 luxury cars in the last 20 years and this was by far the worst experience at a dealership I’ve had.
