If you're looking to purchase an exceptional vehicle you should look at Audi and talk with Martin Bertucci at Audi Plano. I recently replaced my 2015 Audi A4 with a 2018. Once again, my sales experience was one of the best I've had in my 30+ years of buying vehicles.
Had my Audi Care service done here, the process was smooth, quick, and simple. The technicians are great, the floor associates are great. I would not recommend utilizing the loaner cars. I was charged toll fees for toll roads I didn't take. I took the initiative and de-coded the NTTA terminals from the NTTA website and located where the charges occurred and informed the associate that it would not be possible that I was on toll roads at that given time or location.
