I can only speak about the sales department and not the service department because I just purchased my A4. Adrian was AWESOME to work with. Highly recommend asking for him if you are in the market to purchase an Audi.

Every since Auto Nation took over this location service has gone down I have being a loyal Audi customer since 2001 having bought several different models. Service tech hands a tie down and can't do much. My server tech is awesome and have worked with him for years and always goes out of his way to accommodate Your car wash bay has being out for months and as not being working Unfortunately for Auto Nation my lease is coming up and my business is going go to someone else.
Just got an amazing deal on a 2018 Q5 premium Plus. Yomi Bokini and Jonathan were both wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Frankly, I didn’t expect such massive discount. Also there was none of the arrogance that one may encounter at other dealerships.
All of the Audi locations take good care of me but the Plano location goes above and beyond every time. When I leased my Q5 in CA, I never had to use the windshield wipers but when I moved back to TX I found that the wipers didn't completely touch the glass and the manager at Audi Plano replaced the wipers and in the matter of 2 months, one flew off while I was driving in the rain.
