Three hours for a 20 minute oil change, no option for a loaner to visit my clients meanwhile, was nice of them to offer a ride home, but a lot of my job involves travelling to clients. Personnel is great, but quality of service is SERIOUSLY under par for the price.

Customer service is not the best here. Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and they suggested that I not get a car wash because they were backed up. Plastic cover was left on my seat when car was returned.
