Love Audi Plano and my sales person David Rodriguez. He is genuine and he does not just push a sales on you. He works with you. The dealership also treats you like family. I will never buy from any other Audi dealership around.

Service appointments here are always super efficient and easy! My service advisor, David Adame always keeps me up on the progress of all repairs and takes care of everything for me. Service and maintenance visits never disappoint!!
I dropped off my Q5 for Recall servicing and it was returned to me with Hail damage and they didn't even bother to notify me of the damage to vehicle at the time of pickup. Audi dealership should take responsibility for the damages caused to the vehicle during their possession. They don't have minimum courtesy to notify customer.
Buy cars here and get them serviced somewhere else. Got a good deal on my 2013 S5, then had a horrible experience getting a very minor service done. They only care about you while you are a potential car buyer, I will probably never buy a car from this dealership again.
