We absolutely LOVE our new Audi! The service we had with Ricky at the Plano location was exceptional!!! The whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end.
Went in for an inspection, took about 1 1/2 hours. Asked if I wanted a car wash and other services I declined but they still washed it even though it was going to rain. Just a long wait for being there when they first opened at 9am on Saturday.
I Called to schedule my service for my 2016 Audi S4 ... spoke with 4 different people, none of which could schedule my service and never returned my call. I was told after finally getting in touch with service department, I had to wait 20 days until first available service... This is the worst service I ever got .
I had a great experience buying my car after lease. I have loved my A5 and very pleased with the service and staff at Audi Plano. Thank you!
