This was the most painless car deal I have ever made. Israel Velasquez in Sales was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. We were able to finalize a deal in no time at all and avoided the constant back-and-forth that is usually a necessary evil of the process. I was dumb enough to wait 3 hours last week for a two hour 25k service appointment. I was even more stupid to 'just pop in' to switch out a part and I've been sitting here over 90 minutes even asked my service technician for an update, nada. Curious how much longer I'll sit here.
