I had a great experience buying a used car here! I found it online and was able to reserve it for 48 hours until I came in to test drive it. The car was exactly what I was wanting at a super price and just as described - very well cared for. The salesman and other dealership personnel were all friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to meet all of my needs. I would definitely buy from them again!
The only word I can come up with is "Shysters" MAde all kinds of promises and didn't honor them
Almost every time I take my car in for service they reach new lows. Called Audi Plano because my air conditioning stopped working on my car and wanted to set up a time to get it fixed. I was transferred to an offsite person because everyone else was busy. When I bought my car I was told they supply loaner cars. Have always gotten them and now I am told first appointment to get a loaner car is September 10th. Over a week. Really.
