I hope my recent service visit doesn’t display what AutoNation has changed after purchasing Boardwalk Audi. I was welcomed with rude associates and poor service. My car was returned to me with the tow hook still attached to the front bumper and my car far dirtier than when brought in. I am a loyal Audi customer and was a loyal Boardwalk customer. Hopefully my next visit is a better experience, otherwise my next Audi will be purchased elsewhere.
My wife just drove away this afternoon in a 2014 Audi Q5, we had exceptional service by the sales team........Rich and Doug!I will be back soon to buy my new 2015 Q7!
