Enjoyed the new car buying experience with Audi of Plano. Steve Lin was very informative and helpful in helping me make my buying decision.
Just bought our Audi Q3 from Audi Plano and must say how wonderful they are, especially Tyler. He spent hours with us after closing, explaining everything in detail and doing his best to get the best deal for us. Will definitely buy from them again!!
Purchased new 2015 A6 and after only 8 months and 8,000 miles, it is now underwater and has lost over $18,000 in value since purchased! Could not imagine that I got that poor of a deal from Audi Plano after they told me how well Audi holds their value. My car is now under water unbelievable. I have owned many different cars and never have I ever seen a car plummet in value like an Audi!
Don't look for used cars here. The sales people apparently can't be bothered. I hope they treat customers looking for new cars better. No one knows what is going on, they obviously don't communicate with each other and no follow up.
Worst sales people...Waisted my time for 2.5hours. Called Audi of Dallas they met the price I wanted and didn't argue or try to play me. Make the drive to Audi of Dallas will be worth it.
