Audi of Plano has the best customer service. I had the best experienced buying a car with them. Mitch and Ricky are the best.
I bought my pre-owned car in June 2014 with 12k miles on it. I am here for my 25k check up. At the time of purchase I was told that new tires were put on it. Now in January 2 tires are worn to the point that I need new. I am being told that I need to purchase 2 new tires and the alignment that goes with it. NOT HAPPY!! The customer service that is touted is truly not there. Considering future purchases at other luxury dealers other that Audi. 1/29/15. Also putting this review on YELP where it can't be deleted.

I am trying to reach their finance department since last 7 days. I left a message and no body returned it. Last Saturday, I visited the dealership to talk. I was told that they are very busy and took my information to call back. It has been 4 days already and no body called back. I am their customer since 2002. Bought 2 Audi since then. I hope they call me...
Was extremely better before Autonation acquired them. For a high end dealer to not have loaners...EVER is not acceptable. I do however have zero complaints about my service advisor David Adame.
Love my vehicle, but they only had one key to the vehicle and still will not reimburse us for a $250 key! My husband has talked to them in person and by phone and they still ignore us!
Thank you to Ricky for helping us today and we are enjoying our first Audi purchase!!
