Two words: Don't bother. Had an appointment to view and drive an A5 cabriolet on a Monday afternoon. Waited 25 minutes on my sales person I had arranged this with. Asked the "Attention Manger" when he came over if someone else could show us the car, he went and checked and told us that our sales person was still tied up and no one else could even take on a test drive let alone show us the car.
