Personable people and Marcio Velasquez is simply the best. Fun, respectful, knowledgeable and answers every question with a smile. He even drives the same vehicle brand he sells. Our experience was perfect, well worth the 4.5 hour drive to go see Audi Plano.
I have been an Audi owner for six years and I have been utilizing the same Audi dealership for all my service needs. I was not really in the market for a new car but the advancements made with the newer models made it hard to resist. The Audi Plano staff was great and made the process very seamless. Nathen Keron was extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I was entertaining switching to the Maserati brand but now I might be hooked on Audi for life. Just purchased the new 2017 Q7 and it has been an extremely satisfying experience. The services received from Ricky Reed and finance manager Seth Lu were outstanding. Will NEVER step foot inside there again. Worked on a deal for a lease for 5 days. Finally came to agreement and made appointment to come in to sign papers. Made it clear over and over not to get me in there and present me with something not agreed on. Got there, and that is EXACTLY what they did. Told me the car I wanted was not available but had one with 2500.00 worth of extras that was available. Difference in payment......$110.00 per month more! I had a great experience, my sales rep David Rodriguez made me feel comfortable in selecting the perfect car for me. He let me test drive as many cars as I needed and answered all my questions. The whole process did take a few hours however, I thought 3 hours wasn't too bad considering the amount of people there.
What a joke. Service department is run by a useless monkey. Sales department will lie to you to get you to buy a car.
