My wife and I had a great experience with Audi Plano. Our salesperson,Dorascial Crockett, was very knowledgeable and provide great customer service.
The worst Customer Service!!! Purchased a Certified Pre-owned car that I now have found out that the rear bumper was not repaired correctly. Mark Campinada (sp?), the Sales Manager, said too bad for you, we will not do anything to help rectify our disclosure at the time of purchase that there were no previous structural damage to the Audi A5. I love my new car and the customer service was exceptional and my salesman, D. Crockett made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to upgrade with class!! 😉
Absolutely the worst customer service even from top management. All excuses no accountability.
It's convenient ... sales people treat us nicely the venue is cool & relaxing shop in choices of the vehicles you want will properly displayed.
