I had the most AWESOME experience buying a car from this dealership!!!!!!! I could have gone closer to home, but heard so many great things about this place. This is my first Audi, been a BMW owner for years. Ricky Reed was the most knowledgeable, pleasant salesman I've ever worked with. From the start, deciding on which car, through finance. The atmosphere and people were amazing. I highly recommend this dealership as they truly are professionals.
We took our car for replacement of a recall of the passenger side airbags. They were very courteous and completed the work as required. They even checked for other problems if any. Pleased with the service
I have gotten my second car at Audi Plano and it has everything to do with the service. When you feel at home- not pressured to have to buy a car on the spot it makes the process so much easier. The aftercare from the service department is exceptional. All the staff is very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Audi Plano.
***BEWARE*** My Audi R8 was stolen from their service department when I took it in for service and they refused to accept any responsibility saying they are not responsible for any customers cars in their possession which is unbelievable! They are currently now involved in a lawsuit. Stay clear of this place at all costs as they are crooks who have bought all of their fake positive reviews to cover up the bad ones! The people are amazing here! They truly go out of their way to make sure you have an extraordinary experience.
Great Service. Went in to get my windows tinted, grill replaced due to other dealership, and wheels painted. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle from them, I can received amazing service. I even had a little issues with the first paint job on the wheels and they getting them fixed with no questions asked.
