You will be attended to if you are White. My husband and I visited this showroom today on MLK day, only to be ignored while others were being attended to. Apparently all the associates were busy but as a white couple walked in, one associate appeared from inside to show them 2-3 models in the showroom, while we still hung around. Another customer walked in and was greeted to "hi, how's your day going?," while we waited to be asked what brought us to the dealership. We had a great experience purchasing our new car through Audi Bellevue. They are a friendly and helpful team. We are not happy with our choice of Audi (Q5 2.0T - engine is not adequate for the type and size of car), but that is another matter.
Purchased my first Audi ever and the experience was very positive. Mir was very helpful and attentive. I did a special order- which took about three months- and Mir was in constant contact with me, giving me updates on my order. Excellent customer service. I know that I can call Mir at any time with any question and he will be happy to help me out. I am very happy I decided to buy from Audi Bellevue. Not only is it an incredible car, Mir's customer service is just as good!
