Went in for a few random items, after much miscommunication and LACK of communication, my husband went to pick up my car. Was extremely displeased with the final invoice. Had been told it would be a very different outcome, I called and spoke with the manager and a very helpful service gentleman. Could not be happier with the outcome and how they did their best to right the situation. That is customer service and leadership.
Just got an amazing lease deal with them. Gino and the team there went above and beyond to get me into my new Q5. I am truly impressed with how hard they were willing to work for me. They stayed there until 9:30 last night to get my deal wrapped up. This was the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Thanks again Audi of Bellevue!
wow i have called the leasing guy 3 times to discuss the end of my lease and getting new Audi, but he has not called back to discuss in 2 weeks. Painful!
Made an appointment for 9:15 am to get a new key programmed which I bought from here, asked them to check the tire sensors since they went off. By 11am was told it was done, all they did was check the tire pressure and reset the sensors, I had to ask about my key which was the reason I made the appointment in the first place. They finally said they would start on that, didn't even get an apology. I had a great experience with Audi, the sales guy (Gino) was very helpful, he helped me in everyday possible to get a good deal, he was too patient with me and I would definitely recommend getting a car from these guys.

Not too happy. We spent $20 grand on an Audi and we were told we would get the owners manual sent to us after we purchased the car with the plates and other paperwork. We did not get the owners manual. After repeated calls we were told we could only get it unless we spoke with the sales person who sold us the car. We have called numerous times and for some reason this sales person is never there. We expected them to deliver what they promised.
Avoid this place! Front desk lady talks to you as if she is CEO of Autonation. Finance Manager told me he knows his stuff and makes no mistakes but still could not transfer my plates in 1.5 months. Salesperson bribes and offers me 3 times gas fill for writing good reviews about Audi of Bellevue. Called many times and got answer we are busy.
It was great customer service experience! Thank you for taking good care of your clients.
