Great experience at Audi of Bellevue! Ennis our salesperson was fantastic, not your typical pushy car sales person, very down to earth and personable he pulled out all the stops! I wasn't able to pull a piece of equipment out of my trade in, Ennis took the time to have it removed and personally brought it to us by our home in the evening! No hesitation in buying yet another car from Audi of Bellevue in the future, and if you are planning to do so, ask for Ennis, the guy is terrific!
Bought our A4 and Q5 at the Bellevue dealership. The sales and all service related experiences with them have been nothing but positive. No complaints.

When you work with Luxury companies, you expect luxury treatment. Audi sets the bar pretty high in treating their customers like a VIP. From start to end, starting with a welcoming smile, sales team open to questions, and financing closure do not try to pimp other services. Even through the there were minor bumps in the process, they explained the situation and made things right. When I need to purchase another car, Audi Bellevue is on my speed-dial.
I had a really bad experience at Audi Tacoma when getting my A4 serviced. I looked up the reviews on the Bellevue location and was really impressed that I drove an hour from my home to get the proper service it should've gotten! I loved the customer service from their service department, and their really stress-free attitude. They gave me a loaner car while it was in shop and this was awesome bc I was able to run errands and make better use of my time! I have now had my Certified 2011 Audi A8L serviced twice by Audi. I have found both experiences to be excellent. Audi provided a loaner for both services. The work was done in a timely manner and can't say enough about Shane Harrington and his diligence in following up on a couple issues.
