Had a terrific buying experience at Audi Bellevue. We mostly worked with Matthew Thacker. He is extremely knowledgable about cars, especially Audis. Not like some sales reps who know less than the customer does. Matthew was very patient and spent hours with us, running around the dealership and comparing various features of the Q5. He was also cool during the negotiation process, always courteous while I did my research and worked out a deal. We'll absolutely be back when it's time for another Audi!
We went into Bellevue Audi 10 minutes before they closed and were greeted by Spencer Kinghorn. After close to an hour with Spencer (yes- everyone stayed after!) we settled on leasing a beautiful Black Q5 TDi. We came back the next day to close the deal and take our car home. When I had trouble getting the HomeLink garage door openers in the car to accept a code, Spencer came out to our house with another salesperson to fix the issue. Love the car!!! Spencer is a great salespersons and I would recommend him to anyone.

They help me to find out my personal requirement, and then design couple plans to satisfy what you want. They are good at how to figure out your needs，they can change your ambiguous mind into specific plan. In short , good car, good dealer and good shop.
