We own an A8 and an A8L and have owned an Audis for over 20 years. We have always receive excellent service and advice from Dan Rubin. Our son also purchased an Audi from Audi Bellevue and has again received excellent care and advice from the sales department and the service department. Yes, we highly recommend Bellevue Audi!
What an absolutely horrible sales experience today. High pressure and no real interest in what we were looking for in a car. Never setting foot in there again.

I just bought a used Cadillac escalade and it was a pleasant experience. 5 star treatment Nico was very good and finance experience was good too.
Not at all impressed with their service department. Most expensive oil change ever. Oh and, I was charged an arm and a leg to have a brake fluid flush. Took my vehicle to an independent mechanic to have my rear brakes replaced and they asked if I wanted them to flush my brake fluid. I told them that I just had the dealer do it a few days ago and they told me that the fluid appeared dark. So I'm questioning, did they really flush it, or did they just charge me for flushing it and not do it. I don't think I'll ever take my veh... read more

Customer service severely lacking after I left the lot. Is it because you won't likely see me again? Am still waiting for a refund and another item. Overall: Disappointed
