My husband and I purchased an Audi TT from Bellevue Audi. It was the best experience we've ever had, and literally, stress free and enjoyable. From the receptionist to the salesperson, Jacob, the attention to customer satisfaction was beyond what we've experienced anywhere else. The manager, Alex, was also extremely helpful and made sure were taken good care of. We shared our experience with several of our friends and we will, most definitely, be back to purchase another AUDI ❤️

Excellent service thanks to Angela and Eric. Found the car online and Angela made the extra effort to convey the car condition to us. Flew to WA from SF and Eric made the whole deal great. Recently got 2017 A4 from here, brand new. Cool car, loaded with lots of features... BUT full of problems! Had to get parts replaced after the 1st week of use due to some rattling. The front wheel bearings and steering gear were replaced; the process took 10 days. And NOW, after another 3 weeks of use after got it back from dealership, I have to visit the dealership again! Brake pedal had become some what stiffer and produce squeaking noise, random noise came out from the steering column and can definitely feel the vibration... read more
I highly recommend Audi of Bellevue, they provided outstanding service to us as we selected two new vehicles to meet our needs. Morten Bjerregaard was patient, highly responsive, and knowledgeable as we reviewed each model within the Audi line and the features and functions within each model. Most of my friends know the horrible experience that I had trying to buy an Aston Martin from Park Place and the horrible customer service received there. The experience at Audi of Bellevue is a complete 180 from that.
