Loaner was great. Q5 in for oil change and 25k service. Waited for my car to be ready for over an hour, no call earlier to let me know it wasn't ready (I came an hour after they estimated completion). Driving home the oil light came on saying it needed oil. Dealership already closed. Extremely frustrated, particularly because in that situation one doesn't know what the issue is immediately post oil change. Did they put the oil back in? Took my Quatro in for 30K Service. Got a loaner and was out the door in minutes from the drop off. They finished up early and called to let me know. In my experience the loaners have been great. It was an A4 with less than 600 miles. Fun to drive. My only complaint was that I had to stop and put a couple gallons of gas in the loaner. Other than that, this experience was similar to all my experiences in the past with this Service Department - top notch.
Straight up professional dealership. No games and the service department is top notch. They will go the extra mile to fix problems and if you schedule in advance you can get hooked up with really nice loaners.

Horrible experience! Had my car in for service and had next to no communication with anyone for a week. When I did get my car back, it broke down in the middle of 405 20 minutes later. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
the service and the staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable, or courteous and I got my car back looking much better and in better shape than when I gave it to them
Totally love my new Q7!!!! Everyone should experience Audi at least once, the drive is incredible. My salesman Cole we top notch. He did not miss a beat was not pushy or "car saleman like". Oh and the deal he gave me wasn't that bad either. Way to go COLE!!!
