This is about the service department. Even though I wish our car would break less, it's a joy to drive and we love it! Audi service has always been super helpful, friendly and easy for us. They top off oil, ad-blue, etc, for free, wash the car for free, provide shuttle service, cookies while you wait, etc. It's not cheap, my head spins when I see the bill, but if you want the very best parts and service for your car, this place was flawless so far for us.

We had a coupon which we provided when we dropped off the car for service. It was conveniently lost and forgotten when we picked up the car so no discount.
Dan was great! Brought my A6 in for service. Dan was helpful, friendly and quick. My loaner was good, they serviced my car, found another issue that they resolved and communicated clearly. Really great experience! Thank you
Had the R8 in for service. They found that my drain plugs had been stripped and replaced them for me. The people at the counter are incredibly helpful and polite. They got my R8 back to tip top shape after the maintenance for less than what i was quoted. I woukd reconend them to anyone whi wants a top notch dealership with top notch cars.
Benson at Audi Bellevue was fantastic!!! There was no pushy sales pitch, he was personable and let us make the decision without the hard sale. The process was quick and way more enjoyable than I anticipated. Thank you to Benson and Joey...you guys are amazing!!!
