While signage on store indicates it's a "Verizon" store it's nothing more then a Reseller that those who work there do feel they should advise potential Customers. Retail Location: ****************************, *********, Ca Terrible. The worst business experience ive had. first of all, the stated hour on ****** are incorrect. Apparently the store manager designates 2 hour lunches for employees at whim. I arrived at 1pm to a sign "be back @ 3pm" posted right outside the store. waited til 3. Beware! Victra (authorized Verizon dealer) is a rip off. We bought two iPhones from the store in **********, NC. We were told that they bundle a screen protector and case with the phone but would get a discount by doing so. What we didn't know is that the "Steel 360" screen protector cost us $64.99 each (no refund once installed). They cost $12.99 on Amazon. Customer service is very bad at the **********, NC store. Upgraded 3 phones on 2-26-21 (almost a month ago) and was double charged $994.67. The manager is always gone or too busy to speak to me or customer service agent regarding the needed credit. Corporate or Financial Services departments are unable to help me without speaking to the manager. I will not be using them for any future purchases or upgrades.
This is a complaint for the *********** Go wireless Verizon store in ********, HI. I upgraded my iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone 11 on 8/27/2020. The salesperson at the************ branch said that my trade in value for my phone is $202 but they have a promotion going on that will inflate the amount to $350. She also said that I have store credit for about $200 from another promo and told me to pick out screen protector and a case for my phone. **************, CA Store. Makes sales commitments and doesn't keep them! Promised return OK if phone would not work on current portable, mobile Bluetooth device. Charged return fee of $35 when they, or corporate Verizon could not make the service work. Billing process was excessively complicated and intentionally confusing. Still waiting for promised refunds. Would not buy a box of tooth picks from them!
Save yourself a headache and don't shop here! First off, their ********************* CA store hours are wrong. The mall opens at 11:00 AM on Saturdays not 9:00 AM. Due to this, I canceled in attempt to purchase at another store in the morning. After coming to concessus with customer service, The order was redeemed to this store. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, $80 life time glass on IP11. Could not log into app. Called and was sent to an adult chat room. Went to local store, showed receipt, girl would not help. Said I have to access app. Finally gave piece of mind and went to Best buy... Do not Waste Your Money !
