************** the manger offers zero customer service and is the rudest employee working there. Expect to wait over an hour for help - multiple visits I was one of 10-15 people waiting for help. Employees are not trained well and give misinformation that will cost YOU money. Corporate Verizon will tell you they are an outlet so you are effectively alone. Wish I had read these reviews before I went there and lost money due to their ignorance.

Do youself a favor and stay away from Victra. What a JOKE this place is. I went in on 9/15/19 to upgrade my phone and to switch my old phone over to my nephew. We were in the ******** store for over two hours before finally leaving at 4:30 PM. I upgraded as I loved my current phone and thought that the next phone up would be an improvement on an already great phone. I read most of each of the responses below and experienced the same with this location attempting to purchase a new phone. They are a disgrace to Verizon wireless. My biggest complaint is when I went to return the newly purchased phone (same day) they would not reimburse me for the tax I paid on a 600$ phone. What!!! Complete disgrace

Go Wireless **** ***** Rd NW Suite *, Albuquerque, NM XXXXX is a box of unprofessional snakes. I bought a Jet Pack and a phone from them. The Jet Pack did nothing they promised. I was driving through Albuquerque on my way to LA and Hawaii. When I got to Hawaii I cancelled the Jet Pack service and tried to return it to the Local Verizon Store. Purchased phone warranty and unlimited screen protector replacement plan in October 2018. In September 2019, Go Wireless told me they changed their screen protection in April 2019 to limit the number of replacements allowed. How deceptive! Why not honor the plans that were in place before April 2019? I'll take my business elsewhere.

Victra (****** location) BUYER BEWARE . Went in to upgrade to a family plan to find out a monith later when I received my statement from Verizon that nothing was switched. They also charged me for a Redux Single Line Membership (which never heard of or even discussed $29 month) Their invoices do not even match up for example the subtotal was $99.96 plus tax (6.625%) came out to $41.08 tax , Definitely some shady stuff going on . Buyer beware! They're great when they're first signing you up, but don't follow through with what they've promised you! Bought a full package, including custom iPhone screen protector with lifetime warranty. When it had a little scratch and chip on it, I decided it was time to replace it. First they said "Sorry, they're ought of stock. We should get more in by next week!" Weeks went by and they still didn't have them. Was told there was a free promotional item only to find out I was charged for it. BEWARE of their up selling tactics. I also unknowingly was enrolled in a monthly insurance plan.
